Our people continue to rise above

Amanda Brady joined Cowell Clarke in March 2014 and has practiced in the Dispute Resolution area for more than 7 years. Amanda is also a past president and current awards chair of the National Association of Women in Construction and has built some strong relationships and networks in the construction industry.

Andrew Bullock joined Cowell Clarke in September 2011 as a clerk, initially working in insolvency, PPSA and general debt collection, before specialising in building and construction law. Andrew is experienced in providing advice in relation to construction and property disputes, trademark and copyright infringement, general debt recovery and the implications of the Personal Property Securities Act 2009 (Cth).

Cassie Burfoot joined Cowell Clarke in November 2016. While she has principally practiced in the area of Employment & Industrial Relations, Cassie also has experience in commercial litigation, defamation and privacy law. Cassie also has a keen interest in work health and safety matters and provides practical compliance advice through to representation for clients involved in safety investigations and prosecutions.

Peter Healey joined Cowell Clarke in February 2014 and has been an integral part of the Employment and Industrial group providing work health & safety, defamation and employment dispute resolution advice. Peter is currently studying a Master of Laws in Dispute Resolution in the USA. He is also a Fellow of the Straus Institute of Dispute Resolution and is a guest lecturer at the Flinders University on Labour Law and was recently awarded the Excellence for the Future Award from US organisation CALI.
