Daisy Macleod is a Senior Associate within Cowell Clarke’s Corporate and Commercial Transactions teams.

Daisy has expertise across intellectual property and information technology areas, including trade marks, copyright, misleading conduct, domains, digital sourcing and ICT procurement, data privacy and compliance. She has experience advising clients on IP commercialisation and management, brand protection, licensing, and IP enforcement matters for national and international clients.

Daisy is passionate about working with not-for-profit clients and charitable organisations. She uses her commercial experience together with her sound understanding of the regulatory compliance matters unique to this sector to regularly advise clients on corporate governance, incorporation and restructuring, constitutions, and obtaining applicable tax concessions.
