Daisy Macleod is a lawyer within Cowell Clarke’s Corporate and Commercial Transactions teams.
Daisy works with clients across a range of corporate and commercial matters. In addition to providing assistance on transactional and governance issues, she has a particular interest in the areas of intellectual property and information technology.
With a double degree in law and international relations, Daisy is able to consider commercial issues from a global perspective when providing advice that is both strategic and practical.
