The “E” of ESG is a rapidly expanding space, with new mandatory climate disclosure requirements being introduced in Australia and globally. Accordingly, consideration of an organisations environmental risks and opportunities is now “business as usual”.

We assist our clients in meeting their compliance and reporting obligations, including:

  • Meeting reporting requirements (mandatory or voluntary) under frameworks such as the Taskforce for Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD), the Australian Sustainability Reporting Standards and international frameworks such as the EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive.

  • Measuring Scope 1, 2 and 3 greenhouse gas emissions.

  • Preparing and setting emissions reduction targets, including setting targets with the Science Based Targets Initiative (SBTi).

  • Tracking against emissions reduction targets.

  • Preparation of Sustainability Reports and other environmental disclosures.

  • Reviewing environmental disclosures for “greenwashing” risks.

  • Preparing “E” strategies and related policies to align internal corporate governance with the “E” Strategy and reporting requirements.

  • Reviewing and preparing contracts to ensure alignment with an organisations environmental goals.

  • Ensure compliance with policies and reporting and disclosure requirements.

We have developed a GHG emission module within our ESG solution which assists organisations to collect and analyse data, to measuring their Scope 1, 2 and 3 greenhouse gas emissions, tracking against any emissions reduction targets set and meeting reporting and disclosure requirements.
