Loretta Weber-Pang is a Senior Associate in Cowell Clarke’s Dispute Resolution team.
Loretta has a decade of experience in dispute resolution and she currently advises on Australian commercial litigation matters.
Previously a senior lawyer in England and Hong Kong, she skilfully managed high-stakes, multi-jurisdictional litigation, advocating for creditors, debtors, and investors in complex funds management disputes, insolvency, and restructuring proceedings.
Loretta advised on corporate and shareholder litigation matters in the British Virgin Islands and Cayman Islands, as well as navigating intricate cross-border privatisations in those regions.
With a degree from University College London (UCL) and qualifications as a solicitor and barrister in three jurisdictions, Loretta is dedicated to delivering pragmatic and effective solutions to her clients, addressing a broad spectrum of corporate dispute issues.

Successfully represented a client in achieving a settlement with the BBC (British Broadcasting Corporation) related to the significant events of 1995 and 1996 following the Panorama interview with the Honourable Diana, Princess of Wales.
Advocated in a Cayman Islands funds dispute involving a US$3.7 billion sale of assets from a corporate energy group headquartered in Australia and Singapore.
Advised a corporate client on its successful privatisation, implemented through a Cayman Islands scheme of arrangement.
