Amy Lancaster is an Associate in Cowell Clarke’s Tax & Revenue team. 

Amy advises private group clients on a wide range of Federal and State taxation law issues, as well as trust law issues.

Amy assists clients in various matters including in preparing complex advices, obtaining ATO Private Binding Rulings and implementing private group restructures. 

Having assisted in the preparation of the second edition of Cowell Clarke’s Australian Agribusiness Advisers’ Guide, the definitive textbook for accountants and other professional advisers for clients in the agribusiness sector, Amy has developed a keen interest in the agribusiness sector.

Amy takes a pragmatic and commercial approach in advising clients and assisting them to achieve their objectives.
