About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and organised Practice Support Coordinator to join our Adelaide office.

Reporting to our Practice Support Manager, this role is ideal for someone who thrives on supporting others and driving operational excellence across a legal practice. You’ll work closely with legal and administrative teams to deliver quality outcomes, support continuous improvement, and ensure the firm’s systems, policies and compliance processes run smoothly.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining firm-wide content and internal communications, including policies, procedures and intranet updates

  • Assisting with process improvement and change management initiatives across the legal practice

  • Supporting technology adoption and operational efficiency

  • Conducting inductions and delivering ongoing training across the firm

  • Acting as a key point of contact for CPD compliance and other regulatory requirements

  • Liaising with third party providers and supporting positive stakeholder relationships

  • This is a hands-on, varied role that would suit someone with a strong administrative or legal operations background, looking to play a central role in supporting a high-performing legal team.

About you

To be successful in this role, you'll be a confident and capable legal support professional who enjoys being a go-to person in the team. You’ll bring:

  • Experience supporting legal or professional services environments, with a focus on process, compliance, or operations

  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle competing priorities

  • High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

  • A collaborative and approachable style, with the ability to train and support others

  • Familiarity with legal practice systems (Affinity, NetDocs, InfoTrack, PEXA, SAILIS etc.)
