About our role
Our finance team is looking for a full-time Accounts Administration Assistant to help with day-to-day finance and office support tasks. This is not an accountant role. Experience in bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, or as a legal secretary would be ideal.
In this role, you will:
manage and reconcile petty cash and credit card transactions
respond to queries via a shared inbox
assist with creditor queries and general accounts tasks
maintain records, prepare basic Excel reports, and oversee deed packet administration
undertake bank and credit card reconciliations
help with general office support, such as light kitchen duties, reception cover, and administrative tasks
Some travel to Adelaide for induction training will be required.
About you
To be suitable for this role, experience in bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, or general office administration is preferrable. Accounting qualifications are not required.
In addition, we are looking for someone who:
is highly accurate, trustworthy, and detail-oriented
is confident with numbers and has basic Excel skills
has strong communication skills and works well within a team
is organised and willing to assist with general office tasks as needed
has prior experience in a law firm or professional services environment (ideal, not essential)
is familiar with bank reconciliations (ideal, not essential)
This is a full-time role (five days per week).
