Matthew Del Corso is an Associate in Cowell Clarke’s Building, Construction & Infrastructure and Dispute Resolution teams.
Matthew's practice consists predominantly of litigious matters in the building and construction sector, including security of payment disputes. He has significant knowledge of the National Construction Code, Australian Standards, and builders licensing requirements.
Matthew undertook various computer science subjects during his studies and regularly looks to deploy his unique skills to identify novel solutions to matters for the benefit of his clients.
With a client centric approach, he is driven to achieve economical, pragmatic and strategic outcomes for both local and international clients. Matthew has a strong interest for social justice, having previously worked in native title and with the Magistrates Court Legal Advice Service.
