Kieren Chester is a senior associate in Cowell Clarke’s Property practice group. Kieren believes that providing the best legal advice relies on not only knowing the legal issues but also a client’s commercial needs and his advice reflects that approach.
With experience across all areas of property transactions, Kieren has assisted in commercial office, retail and industrial matters. In particular, he supports clients with commercial leasing, contract advice and preparation, land division and property related due diligence. Kieren has acted for Commonwealth and State Government authorities in respect of property acquisition and leasing matters, as well as preparing advices and presentations on commercial property issues.
Kieren joined Cowell Clarke in 2011, having previously worked in another large commercial law firm. He is the Secretary of the Board of Renew Adelaide Incorporated, a not-for-profit association that works to revitalise under-used and empty buildings. He is also a Friend of the pro-bono legal assistance organisation JusticeNet.
