Digby Luckhurst-Smith is a Special Counsel in Cowell Clarke’s Dispute Resolution team.

Digby has over 10 years of experience in commercial litigation practices. He has a particular focus on maximising commercial recoveries in a swift and efficient manner. Digby has worked with clients across Australia ranging from complicated interstate and international disputes to more nuanced local matters. He has appeared in State and Federal Courts performing his own advocacy work.
