CC Strategic Advisory
Whilst Jon has been practising the law for many years, much of the work he has undertaken in more recent times has been advisory and facilitation rather than conventional legal advice.
Jon has been providing commercial advice to clients and others for in excess of 35 years and managed a legal firm with in excess of 100 people more recently. His legal experience underpins other commercial and advisory work he has undertaken.
Whilst Jon remains a partner of Cowell Clarke and continues to practise as a lawyer, he has, together with Cowell Clarke, established a non-legal advisory firm, CC Strategic Advisory, of which he is the principal.
CC Strategic Advisory has a clear focus in areas of:
- mediation, dispute avoidance and arbitration;
- family board advisory and succession;
- facilitating closure of commercial transactions;
- probity and procurement;
- commercial risk management.
