Audrey Amour is a senior associate in Cowell Clarke’s Financial Services practice group. Specialising in banking, payment systems and financial services regulation. Audrey advises traditional and non-traditional financial services clients and other providers impacted by financial regulation.Audrey’s practice covers all aspects of financial regulation and licensing. Audrey focuses on general compliance advice as well as the provision of expert guidance in relation to acquisition or disposal of regulated businesses, anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing management and privacy (credit related information) management.
Audrey joined Cowell Clarke in 2017 and is admitted as a solicitor to the High Court of Australia, South Australia and the Australian Capital Territory. Audrey has been the recipient of The John Perry Prize for Public International Law, the Dean’s Certificate in Public International Law and the Dean’s Certificate in Human Rights at the University of Adelaide.
