Anna practices across corporate and commercial law, focusing primarily on the areas of corporate acquisitions, business acquisitions, structures and sales, contract and tender reviews, and matters related to the Personal Property Securities Act 2009 (Cth).
Anna works to ensure that her clients achieve their commercial objectives through advising on the preparation and documentation of commercial transactions across a range of sectors, as well as assisting with relevant issues of compliance.
Anna has particular expertise advising clients within the food and agribusiness industries through the practical experience she has gained assisting in the operation of a family business. She also has vast experience in advising organisations in the aged care and retirement living sector with a focus on acquisitions and divestments, restructuring and governance.
