To complement our legal practice, the team (and firm more broadly) is also heavily invested into technology solutions for our clients. For example, our team designed RemCheck, a digital solution that supports employers in their ongoing compliance with modern awards and other industrial instruments, by combining legal interpretation, intuitive calculations and flexible insights to provide our clients with piece of mind that their payroll practices are legally compliant. The team has also launched a Redundancy Toolkit and is in the process of developing more workplace technology solutions this year.

Due to growth across the practice group, strong integration across our Sydney and Adelaide offices and an increasing pipeline of work, we are currently looking for Senior Associate or Associate Director to join our leading employment team in South Australia.

About you:

• As our successful candidate, you will have the following experience:

• A background in commercial employment and workplace law

• Strong technical expertise and advocacy experience

• At least 5+ years’ post admission experience

• Business acumen paired with the ability to work effectively with clients

• A drive to mentor junior members of the team

• Excellent communication skills and ability to demonstrate collegiality within a team

• Highly motivated
