We are seeking an experienced Receptionist for our Adelaide office to provide exceptional service to clients, visitors and internal customers. The role also involves marketing and general administration support. To be successful in this role, ideally you will have:
- demonstrated customer service experience in a corporate environment
- outstanding client service approach
- exceptional attention to detail
- high standard of personal presentation
- ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- strong organisation skills, together with an ability to manage conflicting priorities simultaneously

- manage switchboard
- maintain reception and meeting areas
- event coordination (including some afterhours support with events)
- assist with mult-media content preparation and publication
- coordination of learning and development sessions
- manage deliveries
- organise catering
- a wide variety of other marketing and general administration tasks.
