Richard heads the firm’s Property Transactions Group and specialises in all areas of property with significant expertise in major property transactions.
Richard’s major practice areas include:
- property development;
- joint ventures;
- major property acquisition and disposal;
- property related due diligence;
- commercial leasing;
- community title and strata division; and
- contract and tender advice and preparation.
Richard also has extensive experience in advising Commonwealth, State and Local Government in commercial property related matters and has provided advice in respect of a number of major transactions for Government and Local Government clients within South Australia and the Northern Territory.
He is a member of the Law Society of South Australia and the Property Council of Australia.
