Paul is a senior corporate and commercial lawyer with considerable expertise in the national energy and resources sector. Paul’s background includes working for a number of years in London as a corporate lawyer with the largest Scottish law firm.
Paul has experience in mergers and acquisitions, foreign investment, cross-border transactions, joint ventures, private equity, commercial transactions and corporate law.
Paul joined the firm in 2011 to further develop the firm’s energy and resources practice. Paul has been advising the energy and resources sector for a number of years and has spent a significant amount of time in-house on secondment at a major Australian oil and gas producer.
Paul enjoys working with clients in this sector and has developed a specialty in the following:
