Rebecca joined Cowell Clarke in January 2009 and works mainly with Brett Cowell, Andrea Melillo and John Goldberg in the firm's Corporate and Commercial division, with a focus on Succession Planning for Private Clients and Intellectual Property. Rebecca also has an interest in Trade Practices Law and recently delivered a presentation at the Law Society of South Australia on the provisions of the new Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
Rebecca graduated from Flinders University in December 2008 with a Bachelor of Laws and Legal Practice and a Bachelor of Behavioural Science. Rebecca was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor to the Supreme Court of South Australia in September 2008, and is a member of the Law Society of South Australia.
