Peter specialises in advising clients in relation to shareholder disputes, trade practices and contract disputes and large scale equity and trust claims.
Peter’s practice sees him primarily acting in the Federal Court of Australia and the Supreme Court of South Australia.
Peter also has significant experience and expertise in all aspects of insolvency related work and has advised liquidators, receivers, administrators, trustees in bankruptcy, creditors and company directors in both litigious and transaction-based insolvency and workout scenarios.
Peter’s philosophy is that in order to obtain the best possible outcome, clients need to receive comprehensive and commercially useable advice based on a rigorous consideration of all available options.
Acted for both claimants and defendants involved in substantial shareholder disputes including in the commercial fishing, transport, mining services and information technology industries.
