Paul is responsible for strategy, finance and accounting, information technology, human resources and marketing for the firm. He has over 30 years experience in senior management positions across the legal, insurance and hospitality professions.
Paul holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration and a Company Directors Diploma. He is a foundation fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a fellow of the Australian Institute of Management, a member of the Law Society of South Australia, the Law Council of Australia and is a Justice of the Peace in the State of South Australia. Paul is the immediate past National Treasurer and board member of the Australian Customer Service Association. Paul is actively involved in charity work and is a member of the Variety, the Children's Charity SA and a director of the Thai Children's Educational Fund supporting orphaned and displaced children as a result of the Boxing Day tsunami in 2004.
Paul has most recently volunteered in Japan helping with the aftermath of the earthquake and tsunami which occurred in March 2011. His third visit in 9 months is planned for Janaury 2012, this time leading a team of foreign volunteers from both Adelaide and Tokyo.
Paul has recently been appointed as a committee member for both the Disabled & Disadvantaged Children's Association Inc.and the Japan Australia Friendship Association Inc.as project manager for Japan Tsunami Relief.
Paul has been nominated for Campbelltown Council's Citizen of the Year for 2012 for his work in Japan.
Paul is married to Fiona, the Learning & Development Manager at Advertiser Newspapers.
