Jamie is a partner in the commercial dispute resolution section of the firm and specialises in the areas of building and construction, property related litigation and insolvency.
Jamie has obtained a Masters of Construction Law from the University of Melbourne. He advises on the drafting and negotiation of contracts and has a number of years experience in resolving disputes arising from a wide variety of construction projects including infrastructure and significant retail and residential developments.
Jamie also advises a number of South Australia's significant institutional and private property owners and investors in the area of leasing and valuation disputes and in the area of compulsory acquisition.
In the area of insolvency he receives instructions from a number of insolvency practitioners in Adelaide and has been involved in a number of significant insolvency appointments.
Jamie makes regular presentations to professional organisations and client groups.
