Jamie Watts is a partner in the commercial dispute resolution section of the firm.
Jamie specialises in the areas of insolvency and building and construction.
Jamie has undertaken a post-graduate course in Building and Construction Law with the University of Melbourne. He advises on the drafting and negotiation of contracts and has a number of years experience in resolving disputes arising from a wide variety of construction projects.
In the area of insolvency, Jamie has completed the Advanced Insolvency Course run by the Australian Insolvency Practitioners Association of Australia and is a member of that organisation. He receives instructions from a number of insolvency practitioners in Adelaide. Jamie makes regular presentations to professional organisations and client groups in the areas of insolvency and building and construction.
