John has extensive experience in corporate law, business & commercial transactions and dispute resolution. He is a specialist in the field of retail and commercial property and managed investments. His areas of expertise include the documentation of major commercial transactions, risk management advice, corporate governance, strategic planning and asset protection.
He lectures at the Practical Legal Training Course conducted by the Law Society of South Australia for law graduates and has conducted numerous seminars on risk management and asset protection. He is a member of the council of the Law Society of South Australia and a director of the body governing professional indemnity for lawyers in South Australia.
He holds a Law Degree and Graduate Diploma in Company Law from the University of Adelaide. John is a Notary Public.
