Andrew is a partner in the commercial transactional law section of the firm. He specialises in corporate and business law with an emphasis on tax effective structures and tax planning, stamp duty, fund raising, banking and finance and partnership law. He also has expertise in the tourism, major events and entertainment areas. Andrew is also a chartered accountant.
Andrew has been on the South Australian State Council of the Taxation Institute of Australia and is a frequent presenter on taxation matters, both within South Australia and interstate.
