Robert specialises in the areas of
competition law, business and
corporate litigation, corporate and
personal insolvency, professional
indemnity, directors & officers liability
matters and environmental energy
and resources. He also has expertise
in computer and high technology
commercialisation contracts and
dispute resolution arising out of IP/IT
transactions.
Robert is a leading lawyer in the area
of negotiating and implementing
company reconstructions and
workouts.
He is a fellow member of the
Australian Institute of Company
Directors, and a member of the Law
Society of South Australia, and the
Australian Institute of Credit
Management.
Robert obtained his law degree from
The University of Adelaide and was
admitted to the South Australian
Supreme Court Bar and the High
Court Bar in 1984.
Robert heads the firm¿s insolvency
and reconstruction section and
competition law section.
Robert has significant expertise in the
processes of investigating, advising
and prosecuting legal actions
involving the Corporations Act and the
Trade Practices Act.
