Jon is one of Adelaide's leading lawyers in the areas of building and construction dispute resolution, having acted for owners, developers and builders in complex building and construction litigation, arbitration and mediation actions.
Jon also has leadership in the areas of actions against corporate officers and auditors and in relation to corporate insolvency and recovery. His clients include a number of high profile corporations and their officers and major accounting/audit firms.
Jon is a member of and actively involved in the Law Council of Australia and the Australian Insolvency Practitioners Association. He also makes presentations to Australian regulatory authorities regarding proposed reforms to the Australian corporate and personal insolvency laws. Jon regularly presents papers to professional organisations and to several client groups.
