Megan joined Cowell Clarke in January 2008 and works mainly with Brett Cowell, Richard Beissel and John Goldberg in the commercial transactions area of the firm. Megan specialises in commercial and corporate law primarily in the areas of corporate acquisitions, business sales and purchasing, franchising, commercial leasing and estate planning.
Megan graduated from the University of Adelaide with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and Bachelor of Arts. She joins Cowell Clarke from a commercial private practice firm.
