Carolyn has been a registered conveyancer for 14 years and has worked in the legal profession for the majority of her career, including acting for major developer clients of large residential developments.
She is experienced in residential, rural and commercial conveyancing including co-ordinating all aspects of property settlements, land division and community title applications and preparing all Lands Titles Office documentation such as encumbrances, mortgages, caveats, grants of easements and other applications.
In addition, Carolyn is experienced in family law/matrimonial property settlements, estate conveyancing and the preparation of real estate contracts and associated Form 1 statements.
Carolyn's current primary focus and role is undertaking the firm's commercial conveyancing working with Partner, Richard McNeil and Senior Associate, Stephen Hill.
