Catherine joined Cowell Clarke in July 2007 and works mainly with Richard Beissel and Andrew Sinclair in the firm’s Corporate and Commercial Division. She specialises in corporate and commercial law with a focus on capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, financial services, ASX regulation and managed investment schemes. Catherine has a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts and is currently undertaking a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance.
