Catherine joined Cowell Clarke in July 2007 and works mainly with Richard Beissel and Brett Cowell in the firm's Corporate and Commercial Division. She specialises in corporate and commercial law with a focus on capital markets, financial services, ASX regulation, managed investment schemes and mergers and acquisitions. Catherine has a Bachelor of Laws, a Bachelor of Arts and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance.
