Catherine joined Cowell Clarke in July 2007 and works mainly with Andrew Sinclair in the commercial transactions area of the firm. She specialises in corporate and commercial law with a focus on banking and finance. Catherine has a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts and is a member of the Australian Corporate Lawyers Association. She joins Cowell Clarke from a large IT company and has experience in the banking and finance industry.
