Marnie is a paralegal working in the commercial transactions team and works mainly with Brett Cowell, Andrew Sinclair and Andrea Melillo.
Marnie works primarily with Andrew Sinclair specialising in the preparation of Wills and other estate planning and asset protection documentation. She also specialises in the formation of business structures including incorporation of companies, establishing trusts and superannuation funds and in trust and share splits.
Marnie also assists Brett Cowell in intellectual property matters, mostly in regard to the application and registration of national and international trade marks.
