Who we are

Cowell Clarke is a specialist commercial law practice.  Our clients represent a very broad cross section of corporate, business and semi-government enterprises and high net worth families.

We work with our clients in South Australia, throughout Australia and internationally.  If our clients need legal assistance overseas, our exclusive membership of the global legal network, ALFA International, means we can deliver first class results world wide.

What we do

If your matter is corporate, commercial, business or asset related, we do it exceptionally well.  If it is a dispute in any of these areas, likewise. If it is some other type of matter, we can refer you to a lawyer who does that well.

How we do it

Clients value our highly commercial approach to their matters.  Accurate legal advice is axiomatic but our clients appreciate that we are outcomes driven, that we see their issues from their perspective and in their context and we deliver on our promises.  Our clients value that we understand their businesses and that our advice and assistance must fit into their bigger picture.

When our clients instruct us in a dispute, they know two things about us.  First, if a commercial resolution of the dispute is possible, we will strive to achieve it.  Second, if a commercial settlement of the matter is not possible or is not the best option for our clients, we will run the dispute hard and smart.
