• Acting for South East Asian, US and UK investors on the acquisition of Australian real estate and other assets including advising on and conducting Australian Foreign Investment Review Board applications, taxation issues, corporate structuring, financing and securitisation, leasing   and asset protection.
• Acting for US and UK estate administrators in obtaining grants of probate in Australia and attending to estate administrations on their behalf.
• Acting for Australian executors in obtaining overseas grants of probate, distribution of assets and recovery and enforcement actions involving assets in foreign countries.
• Acting for Australian company in recovery of UK real estate assets held by a UK company which had been wound up.
