• Acting for foreign owner of leading edge analysis software in the field of oil and gas exploration and negotiating contracts with multi-national oil and gas companies for the provision of services, protection of intellectual property and preservation of confidentiality.
• Acting for Australian owner of innovative technology in the field of sports, negotiated and documented licences in the US, EC, Middle East, Asia and Australia.
• Acting for Australian owner of software relevant to the automotive industry, negotiating licensing to international auto manufacturers.
• Acting for Australian racing industry manufacturer on the sale of products in the US, EC, Asia and Middle East including protection of intellectual property assets.
• Advising and acting for winemakers on international distribution and branding programs, including obtaining trade mark and domain name registrations in the US, EC, PRC, Asia, Australia, New Zealand and other countries.
• Acted for US record company in defence of a copyright infringement action brought against it in Australia.

• Acted for US company on obtaining Australian Trade Marks and advised on infringement actions.
• Acted for Australian company in the airconditioning industry to negotiate and document a licence of its intellectual property to Indian manfuacturer and in the establishment and operations of a US joint venture to commercialise its intellectual property .
• Advised US company on Australia registered designs.
• Acting for Australian patent owner regarding alleged infringement of EU and other patents.
• On behalf on an Australian corporation, negotiated the contract for the design, development and implementation of new enterprise wide software product from a US supplier.
