Previously a general manager of a medium-sized enterprise, Emma understands the commercial challenges businesses face when dealing with compliance issues.

Emma practices primarily in the areas of financial services licencing compliance and ASIC enforcement matters but is also part of the broader corporate team and assists on related corporate projects.
Emma is also a former editor of public policy discussion forum ‘Open Forum’ and a long term employee of Bazmark Inq. – the production house of Baz Luhrmann and Catherine Martin.
Emma has recently joined Cowell Clarke in their Sydney office and is admitted to practice as a Solicitor in NSW.
