It is with great pleasure that we announce the promotion of Emma Peters to the role of Director, effective 1 January 2024.
As an ESG specialist, she has consistently demonstrated her ability to provide insightful guidance to our clients, enabling them to navigate the complex landscape of sustainability and responsible business practices.
Emma will continue to lead our ESG practice and play a pivotal role in helping our clients align their business strategies with ESG principles, fostering positive social impact, and ensuring long-term sustainability.

Also, congratulations to Jad Sanaknaki who has been promoted to the role of Digital Product Manager, effective 1 January 2024.
Jad has been a valued member of Cowell Clarke and Verimus teams, consistently demonstrating dedication, creativity, and a deep understanding of legal technology. In his new role, Jad will develop and manage our digital products, ensuring that we continue to provide the highest level of support to our clients in an ever-evolving digital landscape. His technical expertise will continue to drive our firm's innovation forward.
